The main theatre at Somerville Theatre has one of the finest film projection systems in the world; we regularly present these epic movies in the ultimate analog film format – 70mm! From classics to newly struck reissues and the occasional rare new release, join us year round for regular screenings or at our yearly 70mm & WideScreen festival each spring, and experience something unique and amazing.
We are the only theater in the Boston area that can present 6 Track Magnetic Sound and the full Todd-AO audio array!
